PLUGGING YOUR CHARACTER INTO DISCORD

Hey there explorer, interested in engaging in RPG battles on our discord server? These battles allow you to gain extra rewards, like materials earned outside of villager requests to craft neat potions and weapons. But wait - before you can participate in battles, you have to learn how to register a character first!

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHARACTER ON THE SERVER?

It's quite simple, really! First off, you'll need to know some basic commands to get started.

?hello lets the bot know who you are and register your data.

?help lets you see all the available commands.

?view allcharacters shows you a list of all characters that have been created.

?view characters shows you all your registered characters.

The character creation process is simple and can be completed in a single step. You replace character with your explorer's name and input the appropriate stats with the following information:

?create character [Name] [HP] [Strength] [Defence] [Agility] [Wisdom] [Applink] [StatsLink]

You can only edit your stats if you have an Equipment and Stat Sheet completed and submitted to the group. Otherwise, you stay a regular-degular. You may also alternatively use our Stat Spreadsheet and link it during character creation if you hate math and likes automated sheets to do all the work for you! Just click on File > Make a copy to make your own editable version. To edit images in, go to Insert > Image > Image in cell, it's super easy!

If you have a submitted and approved equipment and stat sheet, then it's time change those stats to fit your explorer! Find out more on the
Stats and Effects page.

*If you need help, don't be afraid to hit out
#help_desk channel and an admin will help you asap!

Note: If you need to update your character, you simply input the new stats using the same method as normal. The new stats will override the old ones.

This is what it should look like when you use the character view command. If you have several characters they will all show up here.

BUT WAIT A TICK!

You may be wondering - what if my character shares the same name as someone else's? If so, fear not! Characters are tied to users, so there will be no crossed wires if that happens.
